Since more then 2 months printer, scan — giving problem.

Product model: epson m200 printer
What i could not understand is how can this happen to a brand like epson. That too for professional quality product and not home series product..
Current complaint details. — serial number: s2ly217116

Previous — approx 15 -20 days back. — problem persisted from very 2nd day. As the problem is irregularly rampant. Several times a day then rest for few days then again problem.
Problems —
1) printer stops printing giving error — printer not connected / could not communicate.. / printer offline. After working for some time (Means already on and working few minutes back)
2) printing half print. And then give no error i. E. Partial print. Printing first several line of page and then leaving page blank / eject paper. I had to give 2nd print command.
3) printing 2 copies (When given command for only 1 print) some times
4) scanner could not scan - giving error — scanner not connected — (Photo attached)
Same error shows on scanner window of mfp — (Small monochrome window) — "communication error, check...,, press ok"
All the above problems do not come to-gather. They come on random.
Restarting printer settles the problem temporarily. Some time several times restarting and following onscreen help. I. E. Open scanner section, remove paper, feed paper. Check paper jam. Etc. I. E. Full procedure given. Then restart 2 times. Now problem settled.
The issue is faced several times. A day.
Your engineer says re install the driver. "every day?"
As he had done that and then he could not find a problem and i can't keep him on my place full day to show him error whenever it arrives.
That is on first time complain. Problem persisted from very 2nd day. As the problem is irregularly rampant. Several times a day then rest for few days then again problem.
On 2nd time complaint — he called (Assitant - may be) and tried to convince me that the problem is with my system only and not epson printer. I should format my system and re install everything. — and refuses to visit the place.
The person (Assistant) visited and called (1st time) - had very — verrrry little knowledge of epson printer/ scanner. As he kept looking for problem in computer without checking properly each and every cable, parts etc of printer / scanner.
His solution check xerox option when problem arrives if it works — then printer is ok.... So i have to check xerox option before giving every print command and also scan command.
What i could not understand is how can this happen to a brand like epson. That too for professional quality product and not home series product..
