Esaf Small Finance Bank — They are not resolving my issue

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have erroneously transferred 70000/- money to the wrong party while using online banking (Google Pay). I intended it for the wrong transfer to someone else. Therefore, I need your help reversing the amount to my account.

Please find the details of my account and the wrong transfer :

2. Date of transfer: 16th December 2023
3. Money transferred: 70000/-

I receive this information by RBI.

I contacted the ESAF bank team, but they did not respond and closed my query, stating that they cannot take complaints for a merchant account. This is a really unexpected revert i have no solution so please take action on this matter and connect with me on my mentioned details.I want the amount of my necessities we're facing lots of issues because of no money. Please SBI needs to take action on it and first block the amount and take a necessary step on it.
I would greatly appreciate your guidance and cooperation in this matter.
