Estillo Furnitures Tollygunge — damage products

I'm suman mukherjee from sodepur.8-9 months before, i have purchased one "3 door wardrobe and one bed"from estillo manisqure showroom. After installations we found that the products was made by very low quality material & bed and almira was broke within few months.
I have called them for repair for last few days but they are ignoring the whole problem. Service centar ph. Is showing swt. Off some times. They are trying to give we are quite fed up with behaviour.
Please help us with an immediate solution to the problem.
