I ordered a dining set of 30000/- bearing order no.JM/60956 from your Tollygunge branch on 23rd April, 2021. The set was delivered on 24 th April, 2021 and fitted on 25 th April, 2021. But most surprising that leg of one chair got broken on 26th, April 2021. I already mailed the whole thing to your company as well as requested your Tollygunge branch to take return the whole set. As I dont want this dinning set and want my money back. But they didn't send anyone to collect the setand I dont get any response from them .My invoice number is 000187. As a customer I don't expect this kind of customer service from your reputated company.
