I hold an open ticket from Mumbai to Washington DC return, which has been converted to open ticket due to travel ban from India to US. I now want to cancel this ticket as the travel ban continues and i cannot hold an open ticket indefintely.
I am trying to contact toll free number for past 15 days everyday - no response.
