On 10th may 3 pm, i had flight from london to india from lhr, reached airport by 10.30am, asked us to wait 30 min, 1 hour no response, after i went to check informed flight is canceld, we will let u know till then enjoy with 10 pound voucher, get just small snack in london world's busiest airport, got to know flight rescheduled for 8.45 pm. Doing nothing just i have to wait, no lounge or any other service, after boarding 8.45 pm, reached abhudhabhi nxt connect flight to india wait again 8 hours.. Same breakfast vohchers.. Get small snack in airport... Airlines staff behaved very cheap.. I requested few hours lounge facilities... Asked me to pay and use.. Such a pathetic reckless answer, understood i traveld with cheap airline... Decided never ever travel such idiotic scoundrela airlines.. Pls it's so bad service.
