I have traveled with Etihad airways on 1st July, 2014. Upon reaching Chicago, I realized that my one of my baggage pieces were missing. I did all the necessary formalities for getting the baggage traced.
I have sent multiple emails to [protected]@etihad.ae and [protected]@etihad.ae and haven't received any response from their end except for an auto-generated e-mail. I have also made calls to the Chicago Office, Mumbai Office and the Abu Dhabi Office of the airline and still no response.
Desperately need an update on the status of the missing bag. This kind of behaviour is intolerable from a reputed airline.
Hope this complaint brings the airline to their senses. Pathetic customer service. I shall never recommend this airline to anyone for international travel. Was this information helpful? |
Even I traveled to Brazil from Etihad Airways on 27th July to Sao Paulo, Brazil my luggage is missing since then. I did my formalities at Sao Paulo airport they informed me it will be delivered in couple of days to my Sao Paulo hotel but till date I did not get it on 2nd August I got communication from Etihad airways that they located my luggage at Abu Dhabi airport and will be transferring to Sao Paulo airport then on next day I got another communication that I my luggage was transferred to Sao Paulo airport but it got misplaced. Since then I have not got any information or compensation from Etihad airways. I tried calling Mumbai Office but it is of no use.
