Iam writing this mail regarding the payment refund request, while I am trying to booking the Toifel slot my payment has done through the QR code generated by ETS site. payment has created to Marcheant account, but slot wasn’t book.
In addition to that I tryed to pay 2 nd time through UPI, this time slot has booked and slot booked successfully!
Can you help me to get refund back on my first payment which slot wasn’t book? Attached UTR and payment details for the same.
