I got an Excitel broadband connection on June 1st. When the technician arrived for the installation, I instructed him to place the wiring in my living room, which is the center of my home. However, he installed it in the hall instead. As a result, I do not get proper signals in all three rooms, and the connection disconnects very frequently, which is hindering my work. I raised a request on June 2nd to move the connection from the hall to the living room, but this ticket has not been addressed yet. I have added multiple comments and called their customer care, but the issue remains unresolved.
I would like to request a refund. Please help me.
