Dear sir,
I applied for my CDC replacement on 23rd DEC 2014 and till todays date 30th March 2015 not received cdc, I have visited shipping master office and meet with shipping master too, where i was told that by tomorrow it will be rectified/processed i.e o 18th March 2015.
At DG shipping office at E governence center also i tried to contact, but no body enertain for any query in this regard.
I, m lost now, dont know where to knock the door for help, kindly help me.
I, m attaching letter recieved from shipping master mumbai office.
