Recently the battery was not charging and raised a complaint last Thursday (24/02/2022). The technician (Manikandan) called me and told will come on Friday, but he came on Monday (28/02/2022) only. He brought one inverter that did not work, he suggested going to the dealer (nearest town) and put in charge. Initially we thought of doing that, but later realised moving that heavy, so we asked him to fix here only, he told he will come tomorrow(Tuesday) and left yesterday without solving the problem.- But he told me he needed a signature for attending, so I signed it.
It seems he closed the complaint, got a message saying (found OK) and also requested a feedback survey.
To confirm with Technician (mobile: [protected]) I called him today, he is not answering my call. I do have few experience with Exide customer service, but this is my worst experience.
Right now, the battery is disconnected from Inverter, please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. - Also please suggest the escalation contact details. Was this information helpful? |
