Express Rozgar Mayur Vihar Phase 2 — Fraud

In earlier 2015 i got a call from [protected] and the caller said that he is associated with a consultancy express rozgar from chandigarh which provides jobs in india and abroad. When i asked him for rules and regulations of consultancy, he told, i am telling you telephonically which is more important. He said ‘first you have to submit rs. 1940/- for registration and then we will provide you a user id, password and make your profile for a suitable job. This is one time fee for our service.In next two days without explaining their rules, he pressurize me to submit registration fee. After submission of rs. 1940/- on 18 dec 2015 to neu future solutions, mayur vihar phase ii, new delhi (Icici bank acc. No: c[protected] they have not called me for job. When i was called them, call receiver said that the concern person was in meeting, seminar etc. Then after 8-10 days he talk to me and transfer my case to a new person (A lady).
The lady told me for one time submission of rs. 5499/-on the name of document verification and said after verification we will provide you a good profile and user id which you can use in future for our service. At that date they have not send me the receipt of already submitted rs.1940/-. After many calling from me they send me a soft copy of receipt in pdf format on my e-mail, which shows nothing about the agency or hr/ manager/head of the agency signature. And she was continuously pressurizing me for submission of rs. 5499/-for further process.

After submission of rs. 5499/- on 11 jan 2016 to neu future solutions, mayur vihar phase ii, new delhi (Icici bank acc. No:[protected] they have not called me for job. When i was called them, call receiver said that the concern person was in meeting, seminar etc. Then after 8-10 days she talk to me and transfer my case to a new person (They call him hr executive). Then the hr told me for further submission of rs. 18000/- more, for sure and quick job. He said, ‘a job is ready for me in jhansi medical collage up. Each and every thing is final. Once you deposit these rs. 18000/- i will give you appointment letter/ offer letter’. This time i was not agree with him and asked for receipt, user id and details of the post in jhansi medical college. He denied and said again submit the money and you will got your job immediately otherwise you will not get anything either job or money and, other candidates who are waiting, will grab the job. Finally after few days of continuous discuss to him (Hr express roxgar), i decided to pay only rs. 11000/- and told him to submit rest of the money (Rs. 7000/-) after receiving the joining. Hr also said that these money you will get return after 1 or 3 months of joining the job in jhansi.

On 29 feb 2016 i deposited rs. 11000 in account of new growth solutions, mayur bihar, phase ii (Now it is change from previous acc, hdfc bank acc no: [protected]). Next day he called me and pressurize to submit remaining rs. 7000/-, then he will go for further action. About 40-50 minute, twice a day he called me to deposit rs. 7000/- and always said it is my last call to offer you the job.

Whenever i asked him to return my total money he replied, if you not submit these rs. 18000 you lost your money and job also. I am working here from last 10-12 years and no one can harm me. Then i decided and told him that ‘i am not interested in your offer, please return my money (A total of 1940+5499+11000= 18439) he cut the phoneline and not picked up my call again. I called him in march, april and in may 2016 till date, and the two contacts no. Are still disabled (Not recognized said by ivr on calling).

This is the threshold o[censored]nemployment in this country and people like this are taking advantage in making money and cheats the unemployed peoples. It is shameful that it happens in capital of country. I request to the cm of delhi and pm of india to prevent this type of fraud in delhi. At least this express rozgar should be definitely seize, so that it will be a lesson for the people like hr/ executive of consultancies. I also request to government to recover my money as soon as possible.
