I booked a room in Hotel Saratha Rajan in Madurai and cancelled the booking on Jan 19 (Reference no SAR[protected]. Expected refund amount credit date was 01/02/2017. I received an SMS on Feb 8 stating that the cancellation amount of Rs. 3260.80 will be refunded in two working days. It has not happened till Feb 14. Repeated calls are of no use. No responsible person responds to calls. The cancellation policy also sucks. Seems bogus...

I have booked a room thru ezeecloud from 14/05/2015 to 15/05/2016 on hotel blue bird, ooty vide booking ref no. Hbb[protected]

While checking the hotel, the receptionist insisted us to pay addition rs 600 for extra person, even though the booking confirmation was clearly mentioned 3 adults +1 child.
