You have taken money for a cancelled hotel room at the Orbett Hotels in Pune. I cancelled a hotel booking for 29 November to 10 December on the 24 October 2014. Hotel Orbett acknowledged the cancellation on 25 October 2014 in writing. You, ezeecloud, have taken 33413.oo INR off my account in the UK on 5 December 2014. On 9 December I talked to the managers at the Orbett Hotel in Pune, Mr Pawar and Mr Sanchay and they both told me that they don't have the money and that the money was taken by you. I was never at the hotel and my cancellation dates back to the 24 October 2014. I have emailed you several times without ever getting an answer.
I know now how bad your reputation is and if I don't get my money within SEVEN days I will take up legal proceedings. I will also make sure that none of my yoga friends worldwide who travel to Pune on a regular basis will book with you.
