It is with utmost regret that I am writing this communication. Based on your advertisement, I had opted to purchase this set of alleged auto focus reading glasses, which on delivery was seen to be totally contrary to the advertisement. Further the same is a, very cheap product gor which you have illegally taken a huge price. Thus, the same not being usable by me, I want to return the same and would like to request for a refund for the same. Accordingly, the item may be picked up from my address or a suitable mailing address may be provided to me, do as to despatch the said article, viz. Reading glasses to yourself and for generation of the refund of the money paid. Regards

Yesterday I received a product from EZEESHOP18.COM i.e. (Intelligent Photochromic | Auto Focus | Anti Blue | Ultra Light Reading Glasses ₹1, 999.00 ₹1, 199.00 Order ID 24091EZS and paid Rs. 1199/- through online payment. After opening the product I found it was low quality/plastic made, as shown in their website and add.
When I reply with their mail ID "[protected]@ezeeshop18.com" reply mail comes as mail failure (Detailed given below). Their customer phone no Phone: [protected] is also fake and always switched off.
Kindly take step on this fake shopping company.
