S it is fraud company

My name is sravya..i got a call from karun kumar, he called me and told about work he said there is no registration amount u have to do only online work we will only give the money he did finally convinced me and make me to do sign in agreement, after that again he make me a call frequently give me confirmation we will ive you login id and password but i did not gave confirmation, is there any problem now with that agreement which i have did signature through my adharcard

Has company taken any legal action against anybody or not??

I got a phone call from employee of this company namely Pooja Patel she convinced me and even told me if your 810 forms are not correct then we will give u 2 days time to make them correct... yesterday they send me the qc report which show you are fail...then i called them and said that that as per the conversation i need 2 days time to complete the uncorrected form...then they said submit 13550 rupees then only we will give you extension...I said no then they said submit 4700 otherwise legal proceedings will b taken against you...u request all my friends who got suffered from this company can file case against them ...please co-operate my dear friend

Im also signature on F.O.TECHNOLOGY company agreement papers after 2 days i checked in Google then i know F.O.TECHNOLOGY company is fraud company i have informed that company hr/help line numbers but no proper response from their then i stop work also after 9 days they are called & informed me for pay amount i said no but they told they will give police complaint against me plz help me friend what i have to do this is my number [protected]

in the above cases have they taken any action as threatened, even one of my friend was duped for about 25000/- and he is afraid . He also received mail for not appearing in court, but there were no summons to be present at court
