[Resolved] F. O. Technology — fraud f.o.technology agreement | ||
Respected sir/medium I received a call from a man named Keni Roy And he said me that i can earn 22500 in 9 days by working from home.. Then i registered with them by providing adhaar card details photo and signature.. After that i received a agreement on my mail id and in the agreement it was mentioned that if i dont work or leave the job in between or if i dont complete the work with 90% accuracy then i have to pay penalty of 4700 to the company.. So after reading all the terms and condition i started my work. But after few days i searched on google about the company and found many complaints about that company... They generate fake qc report and then threaten the employee for the money.. I also verified their agreement by my lawyer and he said that the agreement is fake... Please help me sir.. Or they will call and threat me also Please help. So many people's Struggle like Fraudness. Hello every one i had completed about 300 forms in 4 days but after viewing this comments i stopped my work and sent them a mail to cancel it as i will be in same condition of others and i don't want to work anymore for such fraud people. To all those who met with this problem no need to panic..since they have made fake agreement - the agreement (numbered/dated etc) are same for all the people who involved in it, so the agreement is not valid as same stamp paper cannot be used for different people and there is no actual company named fo technology (in India) and they don't have a website and what ever address they have given in agreement we have to check into it. we cannot use same stamp paper for making different agreement that too with a fake identity company. I think i have made my point clear. Really embarrassed to see such frauds still exist which can cause injury to India's Health.

Your case can be booked under Section 420 and Section 406. You need to clear the dues of the company and settle this dispute. Not settling the dispute will land up you in mess and we have to proceed this case further for an arbitrary proceedings [protected]
