We had installed seven months back - a three burner stove for our main kitchen and a four-burner stove for the pantry room. Since I am a doctor and my servants are using the main kitchen, there is some spillage while cooking rice. Other burners also had a small flame, Though we cleaned them, one of the burners stopped working. My husband registered a complaint with the Faber service centre at Kollam, Kerala. After three days, we received a call from someone asking for the location, but nobody came to our house. We called up and complained again and by evening 5 o clock, two technicians came. They were asking for pin, cloth etc, did crude cleaning and in the end, they were knocking the burner with the base of their screw driver to fix it.They said that the base has to be exchanged which will be done later. After they left, we were really shocked to see that all the vessels were covered with soot. We complained again, sent all the pictures but no one came for service again.Not at all expected from a professional company like Faber!
