I ordered cosmetics form faces Canada on 19th, on 21st I received some message stating item delivered, there were no proper mode of communication, with all effort I contacted faces Canada customer care team as got email stating item is still in transit, later on 24th I got another message stating item delivered but I had received any order, so I contacted them again though what's app, no response(they were asking to wait), phone number is not reachable, then email I received response after one day stating all orders were delivered, and replacement time is over, I was asking for item and they were talking about replacement, I had not seen such a stupid people, then now item delivered we cannot do anything.
