Falcon Courier Services — Lack of tracking details & delivery information

Our parcel has book from hyderabad to mumbai (Santacruz) on 20th oct 2016. Tracking no. Is 50215596. We required that on urgent basis, so i followup from 22nd oct 16 but i didn't get help from falcon till today. Such a bakwas service of falcon. They contentiously says that to me will call u & inform me but not a single call i had received. Every time i was calling & asking for my parcel but they didn't have any answer. I was co-ordinate with ms. Aruna (Hyd office) the lady was taking very rudely with me.

Then i was call in vile parla office & fort office they also didn't know where is my parcel?? The i got the no of hyd branch manager (From fort office) of mr. Semuel & mr. Anand. I called to mr. Semuel & said the whole thing & also about the behavior of ms. Aruna. He says that give me some time i'll give the information to you. Bt 2 days passed away i didn't get any info. From him.in this 2 days i was call him 15 to 20 times but even that i don't get the solution of my problem i. E the information of my parcel, where it is? When i will get delivery? Etc... They have no tracking details. They just lying me "you will get today evening, tomorrow morning, etc...

Mr. Semuel said me" parcel hold pe hai, hyd se ikla nahi because kuch liquid hai".in my parcel there is a gift items. There no liquid. Then he said" ok madam mai fir check kar k btata hu"but he never called me. After a 3 hrs i call and ask, he said" k western cargo k pas hai unhone ne diya nai"

We have lots of arguments then finally i take the no of western cargo & called them. I was shocked when nilesh (Western cargo worker) said me" they didn't have any parcel from falcon. We have lotsssss of discussion & arguments, finally i got the info. From himanshu (Western cargo - mumbai ofc) "falcon k do parcel kal subha milenge hame (I. E. On 27th morning) usme apka hoga to dekhte hai". Even they are also not sure k hamara parcel hai ya nahi.

I get full irritate with falcon service. I have never seen this kind of service in my life.

Finally i got information that my parcel was deliver by western cargo in fort office of falcon. I was called in fort office for early delivery as already getting late devilry, mr mohan (Fort office executive) said "sham 6 - 7 baje se phele nahi hoga" even he is not sure k hoga ya nahi. & he disconnect my phone. I don't know when they will deliver my parcel.

Guys who see this my comment. I am giving a suggestion to them, don't choose the falcon for any kind of service in your life.
