Our parcel has book from hyderabad to mumbai (Santacruz) on 20th oct 2016. Tracking no. Is 50215596. We required that on urgent basis, so i followup from 22nd oct 16 but i didn't get help from falcon till today. Such a bakwas service of falcon. They contentiously says that to me will call u & inform me but not a single call i had received. Every time i was calling & asking for my parcel but they didn't have any answer. I sent just a letter (not a Gift) by FALCON COURIER for Urgent basics,but take amount for it.I told them its very urgent.they assired me its ok,they will snt it within 2 days.after that after 3 days when i ph them,they told me we lost ur letter.but try.after 1 days they call me and said if i paid some amount of money then they sent my letter to the sender address.i agreed with them because its urgent for me.bit till now it is not delovered.plz...
