I bought a reflex 2.0 smart band in midnight black with neon green accent swd90059pp05.in a nearest store in trichy, tamilnadu.
My purpose of purchasing the watch is to track the caller while driving. Watch has a call notification.
While purchasing i specifically asked the shop sales guy, does it works always?
He said yes.
But now call notification sometimes coming and other times not coming.
So i went to the shop where i purchased, that time another sales guy says that this call notification will not work always. Connection between the watch and mobile disconnected while not in use for few minutes.
Again we need to manually pair the watch with the mobile app reflex2.0
So i requested to returning the watch and also i said i would purchase different watch.
But shop sales guy not accepting.
I bought just few days back.
I don't want this watch.
