My fiancé and i both purchased fastrak devices at costco. We followed the instructions on the packaging which resulted in a $25 credit, instead of the $30 promised on the packaging along with a $25 charge to our credit cards.
I called fastrak to request the $5 fthat was promised to both o[censored]s. I spoke with tania, who was rude and uncaring, insinuating that i was not that intelligence because i didn't set up the account correctly, so i received the $25 credit card charge and did not receive the full $30 credit.
I asked if we could return everything and start over and she stated emphatically that costco would not take the devises back and she would not provide any help.
I feel disrespected at best and out of $5 as well. Please help. Was this information helpful? |
