Dear Steve,
I have the same kind of issue. My babe gets disconnected from the device often and doesn't reconnect itself as mentioned in the user manual. I have removed the app from my battery saving feature in phone to keep the app awake all the time, yet the band is getting disconnected. I bought the band just because of the brand name. I already have 3 Fastrack watches and two Titan watches. My power glasses are from Titan Eyeplus. I feel a bit concerned now to choose Titan for any of my needs. I understand everything isn't perfect, but as a customer I feel I should be satisfied of the basic promises that a company makes. Hope you write back to us.

Very Disappointed!!! my fastrack reflex keeps on disconnecting from the reflex application in my phone. I HAVE LOCKED THE APPLICATION IN MEMORY, PREVENTED IT FROM BEING KILLED IN BACKGROUND, BUT THIS ISSUE STILL PERSISTS.
Called on[protected] customer care number too, waited for 15 min, got nothing but a computerised voice!!!
Pathetic customer service from Titan!! Wouldn't recommend fastrack reflex watch to anyone.
