Fathis Designer Studio — Not responding to calls after ordered

Same here I order on April 1 and that order is not been reflected in the order group and payment is taken already but no one is replying to my query will they refund or send me the order ? Quite seriously don’t u understand what are their team doing, hope someone will be able to take action and our questions are answered
