Interest charges on gold loan

I K.VARAPRASADARAO Customer ID 91875 took gold loan vide Ac.No.FEDVNS0GL0209144 from Vanasthalipuram branch in Hyderabad on 12.10.2015 for Rs.45000 at 12% P.A interest rate and repaid it on 07.11.2015 m but to my surprise they charged Rs.460 for 26 days Rs.385 whey raised this with staff they said they can't do anything since the system shows as Rs.460

Is this come under cheating clients and i am going to complain at...

Dear Sir/Madam, My Name Santhosh, I am taking a Gold Loan In Fed Bank financial Ltd on the date of[protected], The amount is Rs 215600/-, In my family problems I did not pay the interest amount to fed bank, Then they did conduct auction and sold my ornaments, ok that is not a problem, The problem is they are daily contact on telephone and to pay the Deficit amount, Other wise we will update in this amount to CIBILL, and take...

instrument problem

We are from fed bank financial services in arumbakkam branch,chennai.our airtel land telephone no is[protected].the instrument is not working properly...we are getting always noice from receiver and if we are not using a phone at that time also reply receiving as phone is not in use like that ...So please make it to rectify this problem as soon as problem...we met somany struggle from our customer and our higher official.......
