I have submitted all kyc documents on 6th dec 2017.

When i call to kyc department, they say that my kyc documents are uploaded and forwarded.

And when i call customer care on my consignment delivery, they say to cal back to kyc department. They don't even know where my consignment is and unable to give delivery schedule also. All the customer care executives are rude and dont answer anything correctly.

Even after several calls and emails to them. There is no response on as to whrn they will deliver the consginment.
