[Resolved]  Fedex — damaged item delivered

Below response from fedex customer care is not acceptable
"please note that as per the investigation conducted, there was no discrepancy noticed on this package at any transit point and as per our system. Further, the destination has confirmed that there was no signs of damage / pilferage noticed to the shipment at the time of delivery and the shipment were delivered in intact condition. Also please note that the shipment was not opened in customs. Destination delivery station has also confirmed that the consignee did not notice any tampering / damage at the time of delivery, nor the same was brought to the knowledge of the courier at the time of delivery."

I will not buy below explanation.

Why i will ship damaged item and chase fedex team for claim.
This is lg 49 inch tv uh60 model. Agent who came to pick the item saw the condition of the product and it was intact. I was not at all aware such casual response from such a reputed international courier company for the damaged claim.

Definitely no one will take the responsibility of the damage but eventually iam at loss by choosing fedex to ship such a delicate item. Tv was inside and by looking at the pics you should be able to make out that it was broken due to hit from other end while transporting. Packing was intact
Doesn’t mean inside item will not damage at all. Your team can collect the item from my home if can’t refund the claim it’s for no use now.

You tell me what should? If you will not bear the amount of repair who will do?
