Dear sirs,
I am writing to you with great regret and frustrating experience that i am facing with fedex delivery service. My package with consignment no.[protected] that was sent by my vendor from china reached india-delhi airport on 10th of december and has been stuck there since then. I had contacted the customer care-and every-time they have stated that there is a huge backlog-hence it is not getting cleared.
This is the second time i am facing such an issue with fedex. It was better for my vendor to send goods via sea than fedex.
Can you please help in sorting thsi out?
