I am not here for any time pass. Everyone who visits FedEx complaints will come to know how the support team is working. I posted the complaint one month before, now I see how FedEx is working. Now onwards I will not prefer FedEx from my side, and I will tell everyone about this incident. I will start posting the same screenshot in social media if my item is not delivered immediately

Fedex team is saying repeatedly same thing, "Shipment is cleared and pending to be retrieved at custodian location."
They are not providing confirmation on schedule of delivery.
