[Resolved] Fedex — No one can tell me where my shipment is and what is the delay

I am from South Africa and have ordered some goods from Jaipur in India. I have the tracking number and a copy of the waybill. The waybill is dated 27.03.2017. Up to now I cannot track it on the website and nobody can tell me where is the package and if it is delayed. I have paid for express air freight which takes 3 to 4 days for delivery.I am not getting what I paid for and I don't know if I'm ever going to receive my shipment
