Rdg below tracking, the delivery team without even making an effort to reach the customer even though there is address, mobile number and alternate number
However falsely updates the status as incorrect address or customer not reachable
I am tired calling customer care since thrusday every day and they take no action against delivery team
Stop harassing customer if you cant deliver, what happens to products that needs to be delivered on priority. Show the respect for customer

Exact same experience going with my package sent to friend in Kolkata. Some fake "incorrect address" status put on system when in reality the address very much valid, very much matches with address in passport provided in KYC and the delivery person made absolutely no attempt to even call the recipient to deliver. It has been a nightmare dealing with FedEx since the time package entered India for delivery. Customer service has zero sense of helping out and keeps giving some rubbish text book answers.
