Almost 2 years back, one of my shipment thru FedEx (AWB:[protected] was held in customs. I couldn't able to get clearance from customs hence decided to send the shipment back. FedEx asked me to Pay Rs. 10000 fee to customs as fine for the reverse shipment. FedEx received my DD of 10K on 19-Jun-2017. But till now the reverse shipment is not done

FedEx is not responding to my email or call.
