Fedex — Tracking says Package delivered but it was not delivered yet

I have not received the shipment yet but the status says in the tracking as delivered on Jan 4th 7 pm.

I just want the details where it got delivered and how can they say the package is delivered without informing the recipient

I am not getting any response or help from the FedEx-India Customer Care where I had been continuously following up with them.
