My tracking number is[protected]. I had odered a package from US. But since the day package arrived in India i am facing issues that i have never faced with any courier company in past.
I am calling daily to your customer support so that the delivery could be made on time, since my effort got wated because of carelessness from fedex side. First it got delayed die to kyc formality then form 39 and now The package was to be delivered to my okhla office by today, but now that i got to know that because of some confusion the package has been resend back to mayapuri hub. Inspite of the fact that i called up today morning to your customer support and told them its very important for me to get this package today and also told her to get me a revert call from sant nagar hub, but as usual i never recieved any intimation call or any infor. It is me again who called back your customer support around 1:30PM and he told me that nothing can be done because the package is now sent back to mayapuri hub.
