I was joined in Femtosoft Technologies Pvt Ltd dated on July 2013. They told 3 month training(training fee 30, 000 refundable) after that 5000 salary but they does not follow and also doesn’t give any training we have to take responsibility to learn new language ofcourse we done real time project without anyone help nevertheless they force us to complete the task day night obviously we accept to do what they have told(office timing 9.00am to 6.00pm) but we always work upto 9.00pm they won’t sent before 8.00pm after 3 month completion they are i.e (MD – Murugan and HR Anand) force to terminate us but we asked what reason terminate us, MD told we are not able to pay salary all of you but we have to accept quite the company pay our refundable amount they won’t pay the amount. They are focusing money only so all job seekers beware of this type of fake company.I am saying this with my tears... Was this information helpful? |
