Ferns N Petals — Not sharing senders name

It was My birthday and and I received 4 bouquets from them out of which 2 had no name so I got in touch with the customer support and they refused to give me the senders name. I also managed to get the order ID from the delivery guy but the customer support still wanted me to share the registered email ID. If I had the email ID of the sender why would I call them to get the name!! It’s really stupid. I told the executive that m willing to share my address and pic of the flowers I’ve received but he was hell bent on hiding the name saying it’s their company’s policy to not give any information without the email Id.
Like literally it’s flowers!! If the receiver wants to know who has sent the flowers they should have the right. What if it’s a stalker. Will they just continue to deliver flowers like this?
