I Ordered Rakhi for my cousin, which is supposed to be delivered 15Aug and still not delivered 25th Aug. (Festival already over.) I have been chased multiple times since 18 Aug . I was a telephonic order and the exicutive has not put complete address. But they are hardly bother about it. Team just mailed that redelivery or refund is not possible. When I asked the address where my cousin will go and pick the rakhi they said they don't have courier partners details. They charge more than 1200 for simple tread rakhi and don't want to give service.
Staff is highly unprofessional and don't even listen to the complaint of customer. This website is unable to manage high traffic of deliveries and don't even ready to listen what impact can it make to emotions of people. They just disconnect the call.
Some serious action should be taken against them, otherwise they will keep doing that same thing with someone like me in future as well. Was this information helpful? |
