Fiat — Car Engine Seized

I had a Problem with my Punto Emotion which I had bought on[protected] having registration no. DL5CE-3848 Bought from Raghuvanshi Motors Dilshad Garden New Delhi. After getting three service on time, the service station had been shifted to Oberoi Motors SEC. 63 Noida due to de-collaboration between TATA and Fiat. Inspite of all timely Services the Car engine Broke Down on Just 52000 Kms. Also we are having Extended Warranty but the service station is denying to carry on our problem in the due warranty. Also not paying proper response for the same.Please do the Needful.
