Fiat Group Automobiles India — Rear windshield not available for last 60 days

I got my car's rear windshield broken two month back and had been visiting the local dealer for last 60 days but for no benefit. Dealer's representatives are providing excuses like the store incharge is on leave and left the job and they don't have inventory status or the owner of agency has gone abroad.
