I (Ulaganambi. K) booked fiat – punto on 15.09.2016 with a token amount rs.10, 000 at your marvel motors showroom in thanjavur. While booking it they said rs.75, 000 is the offer amount and rs.31, 000 is the insurance amount for the car.
When i asked for bumper to bumper insurance they told me to pay extra rs.6000 separately. I paid the full amount on 22.09.16., including the extra rs.6000 amount. They said to deliver the car within 3 days and kept on delaying the delivery for every 2 days when i went and asked for it.
Finally they delivered it to me after a month (On 15.10.2016) saying that they finished registering the car. After 3 days they came back saying that they haven’t yet registered it and asked for the car to finish the register process on that day. And also for rs.18, 000 only they have taken insurance.
Even the delivered item fixing is not proper. The back seat of the car is not properly locked in its position. When i asked them to fix it they asked for rs.450 to be paid in advance. As far as i have seen, i have never had this kind of bad experience in any other showroom. I request you to solve the issue on refunding and pay back my balance amount.
Note:
I would like to say that you should consider changing the dealer if you are planning to run your showroom in a peaceful manner. If you keep on using the same dealer then there will be no trace left to say its existence. Was this information helpful? |
