Fiat India — Driver and Co -driver seat issue

Fiat Punto Evo driver & co driver seats not comfortable for seating poster. which has been escalated to Fiat team and local Dealer .still they are not at all responding and simply they are ignoring the Customer voice.

I have spoken with Dealer staff and CRM head mr.mangesh.Still they are not even bothering of Customer voice.Which is not at all acceptable and need an appropriate action.
