When I bought this car from Wasan tata in Mumbai, I thought that I am buying a top end Sedan which is the best in class.
I wait for 2 months and get to know the issues with the vehicle. The vehicle has been taken to the service centre about 30 times for small repairs and major work as well. Of course there were two accident cases with my car as well but excluding that as well the Car has gone for 30 logged service issues.
These have happened over the last 2 years and 8 months of the cars use. Every time there is some new issue or the other. I have owned other cars before but this was the first car where I have seen AC vents breaking. The quality of plastic used is really pathetic. Even my Maruti 800 AC vents have never broken. The car has had AC coil issues, Fuel pump issues (its still an issue as I write this review), cabin noise issue, lower arm and many more such cases.
I just feel that the 9-10L that one pays for this Car is a waste as the cheaper cars I have owned have given me better service and durability. I wish to take this up with the consumer forum and ask Fiat to some clear actions to solve my issue.
For all the time I have wasted taking the car to service centers some 40 times (30 times on schedule & 10 times not on paper) need answers
