This is Yogesh Suresh Jadhav from Pune and Car (Fiat Punto Evo, Magnesio Grey) Registration Number - MH 12 LJ 9264 .
It’s been almost 10-11 months with Fiat India now.
The thing which triggered me to write this mail is, wear and tear of my tyres condition after only 10000 kms run i.e[protected] Kms run after having first servicing.
There are plenty of disappointments on my plate but somehow I was trying to digest them.
But today what happened, is really just enough now!!
Somewhere in 3rd quarter of 2014, I visited Fiat showroom to look for Fiat Punto Evo when it was planned to launch in September 2014 I guess (so I actually waited for 3-4 months for Evo's launch ).
This complaint is not related to any personal but to only Fiat India and QC standards.
Here I will start my complaint in sequential manner as and when they happened.
1. Holes on Bumper - I was told to provide original mud guard and Mats with Car, but when I went for delivery what I saw is cheap local quality Mud Guards had been screwed on all bumpers with cheap quality Mats too.
Just Imagine - I will come to your parking and will make hole in your new car with drill machine. Very senior member (do not want to publish his name) told me that these are only original Mud Guards.
After 1 day fight, they fitted original ones. What I left is regret for those holes in my New Machine.

Instead of giving cheap quality mats, I would suggest not to offer anything which will definitely make some good impression.
2. Offer not disclosed - Because of my budget after discount, I choose to buy Dynamic model and later on I gave a thought for emotion Model too but when I asked them they told me that offer is not on emotion/90HP model.
But later I came to know that there was offer on all over Fiat models but they did not disclosed it. Please check your dates of offers in End of November and first two week of December.
3. Offer given was old one with lesser benefit than the latest one which was already publish in same period - I purchased a Car in December 2014, at that time the offer was published for almost 50-75K benefits
but they did not disclosed it that time and what I got is no where close to that offer. I do not remember the exact offer I got otherwise I have mentioned it here, please check in you records. Now, Feeling cheated here ..
4. Premium paid for zero-depth Insurance but they registered for normal insurance - My car had big dent on left door and mirror was broken so time for Insurance claim. In offer they gave me some discount on zero-depth insurance but
later on when situation arose for claim, I came to know that my insurance is not zero-depth. They were asking me to pay half of the amount of claim. What the hell is this? Fiat have taken full zero-depth insurance premium and what I got is normal insurance? insane ...
5. After fixing left Door And Mirror, left mirror Cap of body color was not available at that time so they fixed my old one which was good in condition and they told me that we will deliver you new Body Color Cap to your address. But till time I did not received that even after 2-3 reminders.
See, I know that body color cap does not value much but if in case I required it in future then? I will have to buy whole new set of mirror. No point in that, rt?
6. Still that was not good fix, while fixing left door they broke Glass Packing Long Door Strip and someone tried to stick it with body instead of replacing new one.
7. Black Plastic tape on roof on driver side was always loose and asked them few times to fix it, as it looks weird for new car. My friend points me many times there and always throw tont saying - Bolatha Fiat ka mat le?? they really makes lot of my fun for my decision.
8. They have given me Pick n Drop facility commitment for servicing at the time of purchase which obviously was false commitment. I have to argue with them every time but yes, they say do it for free (till date).
But still Every time ? doesn't sound annoying. Before making call i have to prepare myself to fight with them ... every-time.
9. This is another milestone in this series, After my first servicing they Forgot to put back my Stepney (Spare tyre).
They said that we taken off that for cleaning but I did not see any cleaning done in rear passage of Car.
10. And today I got another reason to write whole this story because of wear and tear of my tyres condition after only 10000 kms run i.e car ran only[protected] Kms run after having first servicing and wheel alignment and balancing at around 5-6K.
Practically, if they have made wheel alignment and balancing on First servicing i.e around at 5-6000 Kms then how come my tyres wear so bad in just 4-5000 Kms??
My tyres have loosed half of their life almost.

In my company, I have taken approval for Fiat counter to sell Fiat products with some corporate offers but after my 2-3 months of experience I never dare to ask someone to go for Fiat.
And so I have not taken this thing further.
I could/can not recommend fiat now other wise I could have helped you to grow your sell.
You actually can check this Sell counter in Company thing with your representatives in Pune - (Again, can not mention name ..)
What I Lost in this whole year is -
I lost my faith over Fiat.
I lost my top-end Emotion model, still I am regretting that I could have bought Emotion model which was in my budget if they would have given me correct information about offers.
I had loved to get my machine in to Emotion model.
I loss my interest/pleasure/faith to drive my machine now, I just don't know what happened but I am not in mood to drive it further.
I do not drive this car until and unless my family does not need to.
Expectations - Make or heal me/my pleasure/my mentality to drive my car back on road with full enthusiasm.
Do your best if it's still possible.
