inefficient online classes and non availability of package

We have not received fiitjee phase package while many children have got package. Also fiitjee centre is not giving any appropriate answer. Also the online classes are inefficient as teacher doesn't respond to the message. Please find asolution as soon as possible. Moreover we are not getting the facility according the fees paid....

Sir ...i request you to stop online class and start recordimg class by sendind 2 or 3 videos(recorded) alternate days
It will be asy to acesss

Even institute like allen use the same method

fiitjee tablet locked with mypat and not able to factory reset

I bought a samsung galaxy tab a (2018, 10.5) from fiitjee. I decided not to join fiitjee and now i am stuck with this tablet i paid rs.30, 000 for. It is a normal tablet but has been locked by fiitjee to run only their software. I want to reset it so i can use it for other uses and remove fiitjee software but they have installed software on it to prevent factory reset....

refunding my daughter's fees, as she has discontinued with the classes

My daughter joined fiit jee this year for a 2 year classroom program. After her first phase, she realized the teaching was not good enough. Now she wants to discontinue with the program but the institute is not ready to refund the fees. Under the consumer protection act, 1986, i stand up against this institute and ask for my rights, and get back my hard earned money asap!!!...

discontinuing for 11 std. and not satisfied teaching staff

Myself bharat advani, father of saurabh advani enroll no.[protected] who is studying in feetjii. He got enrolled in std 10 in jan18. We were made to give advance cheques till std 12. At present he is in std.11. The authorities took advance payment for 11 and 12 std. As now we wish to discontinue from std 11. As he is not going since july19. Because we are not satisfied with the pattern of teaching staff.

samsung tab loaded with mdm & mypat and now not able to reset to factory setting

I brought samsung tab a (T590) from usa and provided to fiitjee centre in pune for loading of mypat software.
After loading mypat software & mdm, it is informed that this tab is not suitable to run mypat and it should be t-595 model only.
Now i want t-590 tab to be reset to factory condition so that i could return it to usa and fiitjee could not do it.

We are the students of class 9b from fiitjee shaktinagar center. Tomorrow means 17th august is our phase test 2 and and our physics faculty has not completed second chapter of phase 2 he has just started it and then holiday start for phase. no good maths teacher appoint in my daughters batch

no reply - disrespect and ill-treatment from mr. dara ramesh (saifabad, hyderabad)

My son has studied at fiitjee, hyderabad and now completed his b. Tech. From iit, hyderabad. There seems to be no end for disrespect from mr. Dara ramesh this time too.

hostel problems

They are forcing me to move the room which are not even capable for two person. They have already given my room to someone else and now forcing me to move with those whom i don't want to share room. And the rooms which we want they are not giving us. When we came here the previous year they promised us to give the desirable rooms but they lied to us. How can we trust on fiitjee and the hostels? no qualified maths teacher from the last six months

regarding mdm software for newly introduced tab

From this year, tab has been introduced in fiitjee, however the charges for software installation and additional third party mdm software is huge and unnecessary. Fiitjee does not provide clear reason why mdm software is necessary for tabs even though it is not related to their fiitjee application.
