Fintrade Financial Services — Personal loan issue

The entity (Mr. Ankit) called me up for availing a personal loan. They claim to be a nbfc.in their letter. But they are not even a company, login fee is asked for and documents. The loan is sanctioned just within one day. Then they ask for processing fee. Several calls are received for depositing the processing fee. Then the drama of fraudsters begin. They send documents for execution. The documents were not stated in sanction letter. They ask for agreement to prepare to me. Then they ask to send the agreement on their ajmer office address after that for 15 days no one contact me so i called them and they said agreement is checking by their legal department and some sing is pending. I have called them to return the agreement but every time i m getting different answer mr. Ankit said agreement sent to you mr. Vikas said we are going to send the agreement and mr. Navin sharma said send me your mail id which i have send 5 to 6 time and every time they ask for some time but no one is contacted me after sms send on his number from different number mr. Amit who introduce himself as a branch manager ask me one hour time to check my details and call me back but no one called me from last 15 days. Today mr. Navin sharma called me and said cancel the loan application and you will get 20.% of amount return because the application cancelled by me but no one is replies on my mail they said nothing will done on mail call on our company number but no one is answering the call and it's continue even after 50 days of advance payment done.

Don't trust on them i m thinking to file a case with consumer court and in rbi against the fintrade i have all the call recording of their call in my mobile.

Updated by Sushil Dhanawade Even their is sevral complete on a company consumer forum never taken any action on them or any guidance to us dont no government department is even interested to help us or not.Still they have never refund the money or complete my work i think need to do a proper legal action against to them.

i have already reopened my complaint. As the MD reportedly had intervened last time, I had closed the complaint believing in them. But after completing the minor pendencies( the advocates at Bhubaneswar court laughed at the pndencies) I had sent the documents which has been received at their end on 30th June. While I called on 1st July Rahul flatly denied receiving this and told that a verification would be done by visiting the place. Final verification report has been sent to me and nowhere their manual says a verification after documentation. So I now suspect that they are a gang of fraudsters It should be clear by the end of the week

I know they would come with offer of returning the processing fee. That is not a big deal.They have taken my money by making false assurances and returning the money is not a big deal. I had demanded refund on last week of March and again immediately after lodging of complaint. They have destroyed my valuable time and I will demand a compensation of Rs 2.00 lacs.

Can some one please tell me how to raise a complaint againt them.

I applied for a loan and deposit the money requested. now i want to cancel the loan and as per them they sent a cheque to me.
One entity called Manish(from legal team), has constantly made false promises that he sent the cheque through courier but never tell the courier partner name and even not provide Docket number.

One more guys called Rahul tell me that he personally check the things but still no reply from last few days.

Need to investigate this so that i can get my money
