I purchased two watches from Firebott on July 14, 2023, and October 26, 2023. Both of them stopped working after a short period. I raised a complaint on their portal on June 25, 2024, with ticket IDs 3144053 and 3144084.
They sent a WhatsApp message stating that someone from their team would connect with me to understand the issue and provide a resolution, but to date, I have not received any calls or emails. Was this information helpful? |
