Hi Team,
I brought a product 638030AAI03CD409(Blessbe Camera) and reported a concern for it:-
1. Product screen had scratches all over.
2. Camera didn't had any screen guard.
3. Camera quality was too bad.
I tried calling the Brand number shared and she asked for same details again and again. My Return Request for Order 638030AAI03CD409 was rejected after 5 days without any proper solution. Even the Person from Brand is not taking my calls [protected]@yahoo.com/[protected].
I am a regular customer from last 4 year, this is what FirstCry paid me for the trust.
Now there is no option to even raise any concern for same product and I am forced by FirstCry to keep the same product.
Request you to take the product back and refund my amount.
