We have ordered one bicycle from First cry and opted for assembly service. Technician has visited us the next day and assembled the cycle.
However we were facing issues with installation, the cycle was not working properly, a lot of noise and alignment issues were there.
It was the FirstCry technician's fault, not ours. The 1st technician who visited us told us that the problem will get rectified on its own when you use the cycle for some time. If you check the history, we again contacted the technician, and this time they told us about this manufacturing defect. We contacted the brand also and they informed us also about the same [Brand also told us that it's firstcry fault only]
Now, Firstcry is refusing to accept their fault only counting that replacement date has passed, we can't do anything.
Kindly do the needful as It's not our mistake either, Technician must inform us at the time of assembly only that there is an issue with manufacturing. PLEASE PLEASE HELP US Was this information helpful? |
