Am writting this in regards to returning my product .
I have ordered a toy car of worth 2039.15
And the product I received was broken and so I immediately with 15 minutes of receiving the product I have raised the return request . Now the product haven’t been picked up yet . The pickup guys are keep on rejecting the pickup by saying the reason of incorrect address . After getting rejected once I kept another request and I also called the pickup guy for picking up the parcel but he didn’t even called me and just rejected the parcel pickup saying wrong address . The delivery partner was XPRESSBEE.

I request to please look in to this matter . This is not at all fair . They are taking our money and giving the broken products .
